I wanted to thank you for looking after my party.  Lauren and James were just wonderful.  They worked nonstop and the guests felt they were well looked after.  James does mix a very good cocktail!  And they never got flustered no matter how busy they were.  They also worked well together so often Lauren was helping James in the bar area.

So thanks again.  I am happy if you convert the above to a testimonial for your website.

It was great for us to have a professional chef present as it took so much of the workload off us and we didn't need to ask one of our guests to be in charge of the BBQ, thereby allowing them to enjoy themselves and the food.

The five young people you sent us were professional, very hard working and wonderful with our guests. Each of them worked really hard, followed instructions well and took their jobs very seriously. We were particularly thrilled with Jasman's initiative!
Our party was all the better for each of them being there; Jasman taking charge and organising, Emily's great cocktails, Nic's wonderful descriptions of the food and Hayley and Kirsty's quick responses to all manner of requests. I would just like to say thank you to yourself and the staff there, and a VERY BIG THANK YOU to Tina who prepared & served the drinks on Saturday night. Tina came in and set up and go to work straight away with no direction, I was busy racing around at the start and didn't even realise she had come in and there she was, all set up and working already. She came dressed in the 80s theme of the party and looked fantastic which I really appreciated, and she was so friendly and professional. She was busy all night and made sure everyone was served in a timely manner. I also had professional catering and a professional DJ for my party and I think Tina was the best out of them all, she did a fantastic job. I hadn't had a big party before and Tina really helped make it a success. Could you please pass this email on to Tina and let her know that we were so happy with her service and she was absolutely wonderful. I would definitely recommend your company to friends and colleagues and would use your company again in future for any functions.

Sorry for this belated email, but I wanted to say a big THANKYOU for a fantastic evening on the 8th October for Len's 60th. 

 

The cocktail theme was a huge hit with our guests and your professionalism and expertise in the field were very much appreciated.  I would also like to pay special mention to Michelle.  Michelle's friendly disposition and welcome smile really shone.  She even remembered our guests' names, and in many cases, their particular drink orders.  She was a huge help also with serving the food and generally cleaning up.  Your assistance allowed both Len and I to enjoy the party, and we will have many cherished memories for years to come.

 

Once again, thank you, and I will certainly be recommending your company to others who might need assistance with staffing.

I just wanted to provide you with feedback on your staff and say thank you to the wonderful ladies that helped us with the 40th birthday party last Saturday night.

 

Kirsty and Cara did a fantastic job with the food preparations and serving and made the night spectacular for our family and friends and allowed me to enjoy my birthday.   They where very friendly and helpful and I would thoroughly recommend this team to any other potential customers. 

 

At the end of the night they even did a double check to see if we needed anything else that needed to be done, after they had already done a fabulous job with tidying up, my kitchen was left spotless and the working area was always tidy throughout the night.  My guests where very happy with the timing and co-ordinate of finger foods and we really appreciated the little extra service they provided to help with the odd cleanup and spills.  We also wanted to thank the girls for wearing the devil's horn as part of the fancy dress theme.

 I just wanted to send you a quick note and thank you for providing staff for our daughter’s birthday party on Saturday 4th April.

The two staff who attended were professional, friendly and worked hard all night to make the party a success. They certainly made our cleaning up job at the end of the night much easier, as they had done everything they could throughout the evening to clean as they went, as well as making sure all the guests were well looked after with food and drinks.

A bit of a belated note but I just wanted to thank you again for the staffing required. In particular I wish to pay credit to Elise and Natasha who excelled themselves. Elise was the “manager” for the night and Elena and I were so very impressed with her organization and initiative all night. They worked hard and left everything immaculate! Would you please pass on our sincere thanks – they made the evening run so smoothly and our guests and ourselves were better off thanks to them. I know the time sheet noted a 6:30pm start but in fact both girls started at around 6:00pm – they noted they were early as they were worried about finding us. So if not too late I am more than happy to add an extra half hour to them.

Staffing dilemma!!??

Boy did l have one.

After my Head Chef walked out in the middle of a busy Saturday nights service.

and no one else to turn to.

One phone call to Invisions Staffing secured me with hassle free food delivery so regularly expected from our busy kitchen.

Rick from Invisions staffing came in and took over my space and left even my regular regulars not suspecting there had been a change of Chefs in the kitchen.

He took minutes not weeks to familiarise himself with his new surrounds and went quickly to work ensuring preparation for the nights service was completed in ample time.

Number 1 on my speed dial!
